24-hour Alarm Service

We offer an accredited 24-hour alarm monitoring service. You can call for help from anywhere in their home and get straight through to our control centre – where help is at hand around the clock. Your address is automatically detected and you are able to talk to trained control centre staff and, if needed, help can be on its way in minutes. 

Telecare Technology

Telecare is simple technology installed in your home - to help you stay living independently at home for longer. You can use telecare to remind you of things you need to do, such as take your medication or automatically alert staff at our response centre if you haven’t realised you’ve left the gas on.


Telehealth is designed to help people in their own home who are living with long-term health conditions such as high blood pressure, breathing conditions, diabetes and chronic infections. Telehealth allows you to monitor your health without having to keep visiting your GP.

Carecall is an invaluable service for older people and those with disabilities who want to continue living independently in their own homes. Our services include alarm systems which enable you to call for emergency help or to identify potential hazards such as falls, floods or bogus callers. This can be provided to anyone with a home phone line. It enables you to call for help from anywhere in your home – and get straight through to our control centre where help is at hand 24 hours a day from fully trained staff. Even if you are cant reach the alarm itself – your personal alarm button will activate a powerful microphone and transmitter which will allow you to speak to and heat the control centre staff from anywhere in the home.


Our experienced staff can automatically identify your address and within seconds help can be on its way. They can contact friends and family on your behalf, or the emergency services - we are trained to recognise when the problem is serious.
