Keeping you safe

COVID-19 Information

From increased infection prevention measures, to rigorous screening, down to the way our clinics have been organised to ensure we can apply social distancing, every aspect of what we do has been reviewed to ensure we are providing the safest places for your care.

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to change and develop, so too will the processes and measures we have in place, so that we can continue to provide excellent clinical care with safety at its heart.

Virtual Consultations

Where clinically appropriate we have introduced remote consultations by either phone or video.

Pre-appointment Screening

All patients will be asked to answer some simple questions prior to their face-to-face appointments to ensure they do not have COVID-19 Symptoms and that the patient should not be self-isolating.  Patients who should be self-isolating are asked not to attend the clinic and will be offered an alternative appointment.

Social Distancing

To minimise contact between patients, appointments will be staggered. Please stay safe by following on-site guidance and remaining two metres apart.

Clinic Environments

All disinfection measures have been enhanced, including increasing the number of hand sanitiser stations.

Visit us alone

We request that you attend your appointment alone. In exceptional circumstances, such as if you require an interpreter or carer to accompany you, please contact us before your visit to discuss potential options.

Clinic access

Access to clinics will be limited and patients will be asked to remain in their vehicle until they are called by telephone to attend their appointment.

Face coverings

We ask all patients and visitors to wear a face covering (unless they are exempt) when in one of our clinics. These will be provided upon entry should you forget to bring one. Patients should inform us prior to their appointment if they are exempt from a face mask.

Washing your hands

Hand sanitisers can be found throughout our clinics.  Please use these handwashing zones regularly. You should wash your hands, thoroughly, for at least 20 seconds.
