What happens if I cannot attend my appointment?

We understand that things crop up that may get in the way of you making your appointment – if this happens, we will work with you to find an alternative date and time that suits you. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you want to change or cancel your appointment. Please note you may incur a late cancellation fee (up to 50% of your appointment fee) if you do not tell us you are unable to attend at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
