    • I had anti-wrinkle injections in 2 areas administered by Kez in the summer.Kez was very professional in his communication. Assessment and consent were carried out thoroughly and confidently. The process was quick and pain free and I was given post procedure advice.I saw results within a week and I am extremely happy. The difference is subtle yet effective. I have had anti-wrinkle injections elsewhere for many years, but will definitely return to Kez at Provide Wellbeing.

    • Having had anti-wrinkle injections previously it was important to me the qualifications of the person administering the injections and the environment in which the injections was administered.A friend recommended Kez Spellman at Provide Wellbeing and I couldn't be happier with the results.I didn't have to wait for an appointment and was seen in a clean clinic room.At my initial appointment Kez Spellman explained the different treatment options and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Kez put me at ease and I did not feel rushed at all or pressurised to buy expensive treatment plans. I decided to go ahead with the treatments I wanted. I felt very confident knowing that I was in the hands of a clinician.I am thrilled with the results - everyone tells me how well I look. My sister has since had treatments from Kez. We both will be visiting Provide Wellbeing again for treatments with Kez and have recommended him to our friend and work colleagues.

    • Mr Spelman was a professional from the minute I entered to the moment I left, ensuring that I was well informed and comfortable throughout. The end result was natural and perfect for my needs… All the lines from around my eyes disappeared. I would definitely recommend Mr Spelman and will definitely be using him again for my anti-wrinkle needs.

    • I'd been putting off going to my GP for a very long time but when my wife mentioned Wellbeing and that I could get an appointment the same week I thought I might as well go for it. I'm so glad I did, my Wellbeing Audiologist was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain both the Microsuction procedure and my condition to me. Understanding why my ears give me so much trouble also put my mind at rest, which has made me a lot happier

    • I had never had anti- wrinkle injections treatment before. Kez put me totally at ease and explained beforehand, and at every step during the treatment what would happen. He was very thorough in marking where the injections should be and calculating the dose I needed to create the results I had explained I wanted. The treatment was painless and the results are fantastic. I am so pleased with how I look and will definitely be returning for more as soon as the effects start to wear off.

    • The speed of service, the professionalism shown and the care taken to assess my injuries were second to none. The advice given by Wellbeing helped vastly speed up my recovery and the ongoing support has been invaluable.

    • Thank you for seeing and assessing me so promptly. You really put my mind at ease and prevented an unnecessary trip to the GP which as it turns out would not have yielded any benefit or sorted out the problem I came to you about.

    • I found your service thorough and professional. Additionally, I was really delighted to be able to have the time to discuss fully the issues with such an experienced professional. Indeed, following the assessment the advice and treatment you recommended appear to have sorted out a long term problem that was getting worse and causing me increasing pain and discomfort. Many thanks.
      Jackie, Colchester
